Important Instructions:
Before the examination, inform the technician about your illness, previous investigations, and any medications you are currently taking.
Please bring previous X-ray, CT scan, MRI, or Mammography films/reports. These help in comparing your current condition.
As far as possible, do not bring valuables or jewelry. Please take care of your personal belongings yourself.
MRI machines use strong magnets. Therefore, do not carry any metal objects during the examination. If you have any metal implants in your teeth or any part of your body, do not forget to inform the staff.
No dietary restrictions are required for Mammography.
For abdomen or kidney examinations, do not eat or drink anything for at least 3 hours before the test.
If a female patient is pregnant, it is her and her family’s responsibility to inform the staff before the examination.
